A two-day event raising money for local causes in September, the Wylfa Sports and Social Club hosts a selection of Britain’s best real ales, local bands to play and there’s even space to camp out.

Gwledd Conwy Feast – Conwy

A two day food festival extravaganza! There are food and drink  marquees, demonstration stages, entertainment and digital art projections at night. Of course the main even though is the plethora of great, local ingredients. The largest food festival in North Wales.

Hamper Llangollen – Borderlands

One of the big ones – you can find over a hundred stalls with meat, cakes, chocolate, cheese and so much more! Also catch celebrity chefs performing live cooker classes, as well as a beer and cider tent with beers from some of North Wales’ best breweries.

Honey Fair – Conwy

A festival which dates back over 700 years, and over a ton of honey is sold by lunchtime! There’s plenty more there including produce and crafts to make it a worthwhile September day out.

Mold Food & Drink Festival – Flintshire

A September gathering celebrating all things local. Try such amazing delights as oggies – a Welsh version of the Cornish pasty – artisan yoghurts and locally-sourced honey.

Oyster & Produce Festival – Anglesey

The main spectacle of this October gathering are the locally-caught oysters from the Menai Strait. Over two days at the Trearddur Bay Hotel near Holyhead, you’ll get to try some of the best shellfish in Britain as well as a variety of North Wales ingredients, music and dinner.
